Our staff of nearly 25 consists of many people who have worked together in the insurance industry for over 25 years. Our Controller is a CPA, and several members of our staff have MBA’s. The entire account servicing staff are licensed, and complete 24 hours of Continuing Education every 2 years, not only for state compliance, but also to stay on top of insurance industry standards.
We place commercial accounts starting with our urban investment real estate program, which includes occupied locations, vacant buildings and Builders Risk. Accounts placed at Liberty Insurance include condominium associations and apartment complexes, ground-up construction projects, strip centers, contractors, beverage distributors, property developers, retail operations and restaurants. We also handle specialty accounts, such as a chemical reactor research company, medical offices, non-profit and social service organizations. We also represent lenders with forced placed insurance coverage, website/software developers, yoga-spiritual retreats, sports camps, clinics and tournaments, as well as hotels and resorts.
With exclusive insurance carrier contracts and a wide array of brokerage facilities, the agency has a broad range of sources in which to place an extensive variety of accounts.
